"our room was very quiet, the hotel is centrally located for what we wanted to do in Franklin. A plus was a Tesla destination charging station in the parking lot next to our hotel which was a pleasant surprise.I would recommend this hotel"

"This place is well worth the money we paid to stay. We chose the Appalachian Room which had a cabin feel, wood floors and rustic finishes added to the room's decor. Even a sound machine for sleep was in our room. King bed and bedding were great. Decor for the room and common areas had a very charming, old world feel. Fully accommodating coffee/tea station on both floors. Beautiful landscaping with waterfall and Koi Pond, stone walkways added to beauty of this hotel. Staff were very helpful and personable. Max's restaurant across the street was convenient, good food and priced well."
