「My wife found this to be a very basic and quiet place. It could be transformed with a new and nicer kitchen unit and bathroom and matching and clean cutlery and crockery etc. It is nevertheless unique and wonderful. The surroundings are stunning and it is ideally set amongst pine trees not too far from a fantastic beach. Having a little self-contained unit is ideal for children and the price was not excessive, so overall it was still a good choice. 」

「We had a lovely week-long family stay at SHoruq. The rooms are new, spacious, and the beds are very comfy. The staff is the highlight—they were so friendly and even left breakfast out for us when we missed the morning service. It’s a bit of a drive from the main attractions, so I’d suggest renting a car, but the hospitality is 10/10!」

「This place was a hidden jewel. The room was big had a balcony had a good hot shower big window to open. The entire place has a wonderful old time charcter had wonderful morning service. The restraunt downstairs was a bonus after traveling it was nice just to be able to go downstairs and have very good food. 」

「The breakfast options were varied, including healthy options and local foods. The room was extremely clean and the space had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The best part though was our host, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, providing several restaurants and activity recommendations for the area as well as suggestions for elsewhere on our trip. 」
