「Jättebra hotell, andra gången vi var här. De är helt fantastiska i service, speciellt då jag har specialkost, chef Gianni och hans team lagade fantastiskt god mat med hänsyn till mina behov. Och alltid ett vänligt leende vem man än möter av personalen på hotellet. Det var också perfekt städat överallt, både på rummet och i övriga delar av hotellet, både inomhus och utomhus. Extra fint också att de har en buss man kan åka med gratis till- och från stranden. Hoppas komma tillbaka hit flera...

「We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.」

「The location of the property is perfect. 100 away from the bridge connecting to the historic town of Galippoli. The hotel looks new, very nice interior design of the rooms, bathrooms as well as public areas. The staff at the reception as well F&B and housekeeping was very friendly and attentive. It’s good to stay in a non-big chain hotel especially in Italy.」

「Very good buffet breakfast. We had a problem finding the hotel, because Expedia gave the wrong address. It was the address of the company what Expedia used to book the for us. We spent 2 hours to find out the correct hotel name and address. 」

「Great Sea View Room on 13th Floor. Comfortable bed but had to pay for expresso coffee available in the room. Good Selection of Breakfast with outdoor seating available. Was disappointing that the gym was just a treadmill at extra cost as well as spa at extra cost. Bar also close at 9.30pm which was a disappointment. 」

「This was a last minute booking on our part and it turned out to be an excellent choice. A good location within easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, helping us navigate parking on our trip to Lecce, making sure we took umbrellas with us which they provided. They gave us restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Breakfast was varied and really tasty. All in all this hotel is a bit of a gem!」
