「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「When we have an early flight, we always book near the airport the night before. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with comfortable beds and great pillows. They didn’t skimp on the bedding here. There was also complimentary coffee and juice and water 24/7plus a small snack bar. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver friendly and helpful even at 5 am. We will definitely book here again. 」

「They had a shutter to bring us to the hotel...that was a plus, the room was a nice size and had stove top and fridge...just in case we want to make our own food. The breakfast was great...overall experience was a 10/10 we will be back soon.」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「I am extremely grateful for the young lady that checked me in on 1/17/2026 an hour before checkin time. I had an arrived upset due to a family emergency. She was so patient, kind, and beyond understanding. Compassion and professionalism is definitely her strength. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life, and have met great people, but this young lady set the bar high. I forgot her name, and I regret so, and writing it down.
