Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht. "The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. We had to call the administrator of the place from the train station, after we had checked out, because our son had left his phone inside and Amelie, who also spoke English was very respectful, understanding, and...

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
