It was a longish w
ait to check in. Also, the QR code the receptionist gave us was out of date for the outlets in the free beverage scheme. The bedside light didn’t work and one of the bulbs in the bathroom needed changing as it kept flickering.
Apart from that everything was absolutely fine.

The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of charging ports for your electronics. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cafe Hollywood had big portions for reasonable prices. Played good music on casino floor, lots of servers walking around for drinks, and the over all vibe of the casino was good!
The only negative I have to report is the wait time to get an elevator, especially an hour around check out. Took us 7 waits for an elevator and we got to the elevator at 10:30am. ( check out is at 11am) So leave plenty of time to get down to lobby if you have to be at the airport near that time.

Caring, attentive and great location
The lodge is ideally located in central Chobe National Park (preferably access with small plane at Savuti). Great for day safari trip. The GM couple is extremely caring and the staff very attentive to your needs. It's an amazing place. Prefer to go on dry season, as during wet season (Jan-April) ...
