「Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family.」

「The room and staff were great. We had my dad with us and he is in a w/c. Parking for handicapped across the street you had to pay $15 a night and the handicapped parking was quite aways away. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking as that was new. Then the next day we found out we could have parked on the street for free since we needed handicapped parking. No one told us that when we checked in.」

「We booked through a third-party and paid extra for breakfast and money voucher however, upon check-in, the hotel said they could not see anything about a money voucher and so we paid extra for breakfast only.」

「Very friendly staff! Christian, the front desk attendant checked us in and remembered all of our names and spoke with us several times through out the trip! He is a top notch employee who truly cares if you have a good stay! 」

「Very nice place only odd for me used to staying in an hotel as two doors unusual & very handy. Was evident trying very hard with super employees & whole Deadwood Gultch trying hard. Was a very fun stay! Shuttle very informative from employees, on time & fun to use. Convenient! Thank you will stay again.」
