"The room we booked was an executive king with a pull out. The pullout was TRASHED from animals and my son (who only has a slight allergy to cats) started sneezing almost immediately when we got into the room. We pulled out the hideaway which had cat toys and trash underneath - I went to the front desk to get linens for the pull out and he said "we don't carry them". They had NO sheets or pillows for the pull out couch? There's no way we could sleep 5 people in a king bed and I can't allow my twins on the pullout without coverage and just a plastic liner. After some time he agreed to move us to a room with two full beds. I slept on the floor so my family could sleep in the beds and we paid for the executive room! The staff was less than helpful and remained on a personal call on speaker phone the entire time I was trying to resolve. The room and bathroom were both dirty and in desperate need of an update. As you can see in the pictures, the towel/washcloth had small black hairs embedded. Disgusting! It's been quite some time since I have stayed in a hotel this bad and I travel quite often. I am very unhappy and won't be staying at La Quinta in the future. "

"Everything about the hotel was amazing. It was the front desk staff. I encountered the same lady twice, she was very rude and when I ask about a late check out she basically said WE NEED YALL TO LEAVE. Just unprofessional and rude"

"The room was very outdated. There was a flat screen TV with cable however, the couch was old. The restroom toilet was all the seat was very worn than faucet and shower knobs were very outdated. The showerhead was from dinosaur ages, and there were no towel racks anywhere in the restroom so where are we supposed to hang our towels?"

"The plug under desk and the plug in the bathroom did not work. The curtains were held up with clips. "
