「The resort’s landscaping is amazing, with beautiful lake view. We came to the area for Lake Como, and staying here provides a more peaceful vibe. There is limited wheelchair accessible area, but I believe the resort upgraded us to accommodate our needs. Don’t skip their breakfast with outdoor seating! 「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."

"Location - excellent Breakfast - fantastic Housekeeping service - need improvement. The housekeeping will not be finished until after 3pm during our stay. The coffee cups have never been clean during our stay. "
