I was staying in the apartment and, unfortunately, it is mandatory to walk around 3minutes outside to reach the restaurant. Since was cold, this is a little bit uncomfortable. All the rest was perfect. Excellent room and facilities.

Clean and surprisingly spacious rooms; super friendly staff; delicious breakfast with gluten free options, and easy 2-4 hour street parking nearby. Good location - about a half mile walk to Olavinlinna, and restaurants/market right outside the hotel.

Just spent one night to attend a family party, hotel has been recently renovated. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the room is nice and comfortable. The breakfast room was nice and the quality of food was good. Would recommend.

Breakfast was plentiful and room was great in every way except for the automatic lights in the bathroom. They went on every time I moved and I had to turn them off probably ten times. I like a dark bathroom when I get up during the night and that was impossible. Otherwise great hotel

We had some issues with the booking. Personnel was at first a bit confused but then they got it solved. Young personnel didn’t now much about facilities. E.g. they didn’t know about EV charging. Extra bed mattress was installed upside down.

Yllätyksenä tuli, että huoneemme sijaitsi yli 300 metrin päässä. Tästä ei ollut mainintaa varausvaiheessa. Huone oli tilava ja vasta remontoitu. Vessan pönttö oli epäsiisti. Kuntosalista ei ollut mainitaa nettisivuilla. Maininta oli huoneen television infossa. Samaan infoon kannattaa laittaa myös maininta, että sali on myös maksullinen. Pysäköinti oli ilmaista ja aamiainen maittava. Positiivinen kokemus siis, vaikka hinta olikin korkea. 👌

Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä kaupuinkia joten kaikkialle on lyhyt kävelymetka. Huone oli siisti ja tilva ja ikkunassta oli hieno näköala torille ja järvelle. Parasta oli heltreisenä påivänä ilmastointi, jolla huoneen sai viileäksi. Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja tilava. Aamiainen oli aivän super. Jos menen ensi kesänä oopperajuhlille niin majoitun tähän hotelliin.
