La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure du check-in. Pour nous faire patienter, la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous offrir une consommation au bar. Nous avons accepté : un jus de poire pour mon fils et un Coca Zéro pour moi.
Cependant, au moment du check-out, ces boissons nous ont finalement été facturées, avec en plus un Coca sucré supplémentaire que nous n’avions jamais commandé.
