Finally returned and it was our turn to be able to enjoy the hotel Loved it and will be back!"

"We used Expedia to book a river view room with balcony. When we checked in, no river view balcony rooms. I simply don’t understand how this EVER happens. And the funny thing is, EVERYTHING else about the hotel was outstanding. "

"Hotel felt a bit dirty. There was a make up stain on my pillow case when we first arrived in the room. The elevator floors were sticky and needed a good cleaning. Staff was friendly."

"The Room was very clean and updated. My biggest issue was there was an overwhelming chemical smell that didn't go away. I don't know if it was from spraying for pests or what it was but I probably won't go back here as a result. Everything else was in fact very nice there. I have respiratory issues so the smell was a hige problem for me."
