The pool is perfect to cool down in after getting the sunny exposure the afternoons provide. "I recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday. There were some positives, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The beach area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff members were truly amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and did their best to assist whenever needed. In fact, the Customer Service Manager went above and beyond to try to make things right, and I genuinely appreciated those efforts. However, the property itself is in need of significant renovations and maintenance. My room flooded during my stay, and I had to be moved to a different room. Throughout the resort, there were visible signs of wear and tear that affected the overall experience. I was also disappointed by the management. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and simply requested some bitters and lime juice. I was told the manager would assist me, but after waiting for over an hour, no one followed up or came back to address my request. While the staff’s excellent attitude helped offset some of the issues, the condition of the property and the lack of management responsiveness left a negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not choose to return to this resort, though I do want to recognize and thank the hardworking staff who made the best of a difficult situation. Rating: 2.5/5 stars. The staff deserve much higher marks, but the property’s condition and management issues significantly impacted my stay."
