「Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. 「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). 「Can't receive wifi on the bed but it is great on the sofa and Lobby. When you take a shower the water suddenly cold for 10 second then remain normal and then suddenly hot for 10 second. You need to take a fast shower in this hotel. The house keeper (who is a lady) didn't knock my room door and open my door in the morning after my breakfast before the check out time 45 mins when she see me then she just close my door without a word. 「die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich hervorragend und bietet alle Möglichkeiten auch für Business Trips. Das Restaurant bietet sich direkt an für Gäste Abends zu bewirten und man wird da extrem professionell bedient als Gastgeber. 「We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. 」
