The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "We arrived upon the hotel and the manager of the hotel told us he does not use any booking services except direct mail. So booking this hotel via Hotels.com is a certain waiste of money. We lost 2xUSD80. "
