"The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "Stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel arranged to pick us up complimentary from the bus station. We got to the hotel in minutes. Staff show us to a room which looked nothing like the photo on the booking site, it was desperately in need of a paint and felt dirty. Mentioning this to staff they identified the photo as a cottage room and were more than happy to move us but explained that these rooms had hard beds instead of mattresses.
