The hotel has easy access to the beach, short walk to walking street with everything you need, the staff service is excellent. The Internet unfortunately wasn’t good when we stayed.

Great location & excellent staff.

Loved this hotel and their staff! Staff did everything to make me feel special and my vacation fun and relaxing. Perfect location on the beach (with sun chairs) next to restaurants, beach massage spa, and short beach walk to the Walking Street & Sunset Beach. Will stay here again.

船着場から歩いて10分くらいの所にあるホテルです。 日本語は通じないです。 洗濯機がなくランドリーまで距離があるので、手洗いウォッシュしてました笑 シャワーやご飯は👌でした！ あとホテルの方々も親切でした。 コスパ的には大アリかな

Struttura soddisfacente, noi eravamo nei bungalow, rumore ok, colazione ok, posizione ottima, tratto di spiaggia senza barchette ormeggiate, prima pecca pochi lettini, non ci si puo alzare alle 07 per prendere posto, poi materassi in cemento armato, quindi quasi impossibile riposare.

Chambre exceptionnelle avec accès direct a la plage Personnel bienveillant et discret En revanche problème pour se doucher Il n'y a aucune pression et surtout pas d'eau chaude On nous a dit de laisser couler leau 15 minutes Mais même apres 30 minutes pas d'eau chaude Donc le soir après une journée de soleil ca va ..mais as de douche le matin.on est sur une ile c'est pas le plus grave mais il faudrait régler ce problème pour une note parfaite

This was our first time to Koh Lipe and we didn’t really know what area to book. We got really lucky with Bella Vista. It is near the walking street and entertainment area but also far enough so that it is peaceful and quiet. The location provides a great view. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to keep the property clean. I would love to stay here again

Purtroppo questa struttura non è fra i miei hotel consigliati. Vista la mole di ospiti , dovrebbero organizzarsi. La sera, prima di cena non c'è acqua (dicono in tutta l'isola), ma stanchi di lavarci con le bottiglie d'acqua, ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel a fianco che invece l'acqua la ha. Colazione basic. Nella camera di una mia amica un topo entrava ed usciva da un sifone non sigillato: soluzione ? Cambio camera in una camera dove il rubinetto non era fissato al lavandino. NON TORNEREI IN QUESTO HOTEL Né LO SUGGERIREI A NESSUNO

Vi blev utan vatten i ca 18 timmar, vi påpekade detta vid flera tillfällen och fick till svar varje gång att det skulle ta ca 10 minuter. Personalen var väldigt dåliga på engelska, så vi fick inget riktigt svar på vad som hände.
