"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"We had a great stay. It’s right at the station for the airport subway, JR line and Shinkansen making it easy to get around by train. There are a variety of convenience stores, shopping malls and restaurants close by as well. Tours also meet up at the front of the building which is also very convenient. Would recommend staying here"
