「Hated the property 」

「The view of the hills shown in the picture on the website is outdated, there is no longer a view of the hills. The image should be updated to reflect the current surroundings. Additionally, the area around the property is not clean.」

「Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

「Our stay at this Property was truly delightful. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful amenities and the overall cleanliness. The host was very responsive and made us feel incredibly welcome. We highly recommend this Property for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.」
