「It’s a scam!
I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title.
Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation.
Be careful,...
「Power was out upon check-in. Room was hot. Phone didn’t work. Also, they have Euro king not regular king bed.
Wouldn’t let me out of the reso even after contacting Expedia to explain. Expecting more for the price, esp since we were on our honeymoon」
「A very good hotel Have a good geographical position The service is very good The room is very clean and new. The rain drench is very good. A Very good accomodation experience. 」
「Breakfast was great except on the days that it was busy. Items in the buffet weren’t topped up. We noticed the difference since we were there for several nights. Overall great but if our only experience was on a busy morning, we wouldn’t have been impressed.」
