「The good points are pool wash perfect and the sauna’s nice but Unfortunately 1. Spa centar wash separate from hotel so after spa I need to walk out side in the snow and -20 digress to my room aroun 50 meters ,now after that off ofcorse I’m sick now. 2.spa open from 13:00 3.not enough clean room」

「Good property and nice room one problem the fitness room doesn’t open until 8am, ridiculous for most people that want a quick workout while travelling.my hotel today has 24 hour fitness room , I found that a downgrade on what otherwise was a good hotel」

「As a solo traveler, love the place! Every time I come to latvia , I stay there the night before my early morning flight out from Riga. Love their techy toilet and the convenience of rolling out of bed and walking downstairs to check in. I appreciate breakfast croissants as well. 」

「I was quite disappointed. There were many large cobwebs in the room, lots of dust on the dresser, and the drain for the shower was clogged. It was gross to have wading water around my ankles. It was disappointing that there’s a full area where breakfast is sold but unavailable to use otherwise. On a positive note, the breakfast was fabulous and most of the staff were nice.」

「Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it).」
