"The hotel did not have the family room condo available when we checked in. They put us in a triple room for first night, then moved us the next day to family Room. They could not figure out how to reimburse us for the first night stay since it was a lower cost room by 100 euros. We had to pay entire price upfront or we would not be able To stay.
