Lovely property with attractive furnishings and comfortable bed and living furniture. No dishwasher, but washer and dryer onsite. Lots of outside seating with a BBQ grill. Right across from beach access, to a large clean beach. Walkable to numerous restaurants and shops, and to the island trolley service. Parking is right in front. Easy to get to and quick, friendly, helpful staff. highly recommend!

The only thing no to much supply like garbage back and detergent for clean the dishes and wash the clothes and only one papel the other thing it is okay and almost no tower

The best about this place is nice nearby beach. The distance between people on the beach was about 100 feet, exactly what we were looking for. The room has all necessary kitchen staff, like dishes, forks, pans, etc. They also provided beach umbrellas, seats, sand toys for kids. The bad thing is the rooms condition, not really bad but definitely requiring some renovation. For example, the space around door knobs and light switches looks worn out and dirty. We also killed 2 giant cockroaches per day.

Don’t go

Paper thin walls, so noisy it was not enjoyable. Office staff did not communicate the proper codes for opening the door. No instructions on how to lock the door since there were no keys. No dishwasher. Called the manager to discuss the severe noise disturbance from guests above and no return call

Nos gusto mucho la propiedad muy cerca del mar ,muy limpia, amplia y espaciosa muy linda decorada tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia feliz lo único que recomendaría es mejorar el driveway ,poner una ducha exterior para enjuagarnos y cambiar el sofá cama pues está un poco viejo de lo demás perfecto sobre todo la playa de siesta es bellísima con gusto volvería a quedarme ahí

This property was clean on the inside. When you arrive you notice more in every room giving you informationon how to clean up after yourself. We were super stoked about having a wash machine. It was clean and set nice new remodel decorated very beachy, The closet doors were all jacked up also the small bedroom door was not working properly. I have stayed at home away from homes but i have never had to provide my own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towls and really if we are washing our own towels you should provide appropriate pods. They provide the first but roll or bag but that is it. I was not going to buy and leave for them. We made it through barely thank goodness we didn't stay longer. Access to the beach was right there across the street and shopping and food are right around the corner. . So pack a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towel, tissues,laundry pods and head out.

Great location, fantastic stay!

This place was right in between the beach and little village with restaurants and shops. Easily walkable to both. It was very clean, has a washer and dryer in the unit (wish I knew, would've packed a lot lighter)

Great Stay

Was a very clean and spacious place, I would recommend this to my friends. This was a great location the only negative thing I have to say about this location is I wish it had a balcony

The propert is spacious, the pool is a 5 min walk from the property. There is not much to do in the area. There was a big miscommunication between Expedia and the property and we had to vacate the propertt sooner than expected.

The best location! Only problem is too many rules if you’re going there to rest. You have to leave everything clean, and they still ask for tips even though you have yo pay resort fees. But overall nice property!

Quiet and great location on Siesta Key

The place was nicely decorated and all ceramic floors, making it easy to clean up when coming in from the beach. The area is walking distance to Siesta Village, close to food and shopping. We crossed the street to go to the beach. Kitchen items were ok..not tons of cookware. Also 4 beach towels provided and beach chairs were a bit rusted. Beach umbrella didn't work for us.
