There was a hole in the ceiling plaster and the toilet didn’t flush too well (if at all). TV remote either didn’t work well or needed new batteries. For example, channel down button worked fine but channel up didn’t work at all. On/off took several pushes to work. But the room was quiet and the staff was nice.

If you only want a bed under a roof, this is for you. If you want more (like security, quiet, reliable wifi, breakfast, etc), keep looking. Staff is great, and doing what they can. But you can only put so many coats of lipstick on a pig.

Simple but convenient and a value

Stayed with my fam for two nights as we enjoyed the Bradenton beaches. Room was what we needed for the price of $100 a night. Nothing super fancy but solid and close to gulf and Manatee River boardwalk. Hardwood floors were nice vs carpet. We could tell the room had been remodeled. AC unit cranked 72 cold the whole time. Loved the extra seating (desk chair and sitting chair. No bfast (ignore the recent review that included that false detail). Best part is it’s across the street from a phenomenal Latin market, cafeteria, and bakery! Cafe con leche, carnitas, and other deliciousness are in walking distance! This made the location worth it for us!

Delightful. Third party booking definitely had some misleading wording regarding “double rooms” but the Ladies at the front desk were awesome and super accommodating. They were able to switch my room to A more convenient one without any issues. They also accepted Apple Pay for the deposit which was convenient for me. They also have an atm on site at the front entrance, along with a variety of toiletry & etc. items available for purchase.

Our door wasn't secure, someone tried to come in our door, music was loud into the night and we smelled pot all night. They also put counter tile in the bottom of the shower and I almost slipped several times. The staff was friendly. Crazy.

Price was excellent, we were looking for a clean, good price to stay to show our 88 y/o mom a good time at the beach. Good shopping around, 20 minutes from the beach. Only 1 drawback.......beds are really small. Needs to be updated at least to a queen. The only reason we needed a room was to sleep. Sleeping was not what we got. Hard bed and very small. But we had a place to hang our clothes and take a shower. Good cup of coffee though.

After a 4 day stay I was able to take a bath because the plumbing was receded in the wall. Maintenance had a hard time fixing it with difficulty. It's really still not fixed. But can't argue about the cost so I am not complaining too much. The staff were helpful.

Cigarette burn holes on the bedspreads, light fixtures, ice bucket and mirrors. No ice. Rope tied to the dresser knobs to open. No where near the Gulf as stated. Double charged for a deposit. Tried mutltiple times to reach the front desk for a dispute once home, and unable to ever speak to a human. Unable to leave a message. On the positive, the air was cold and the water was hot in the shower. Front desk was friendy when checking in and out.
