The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

Vi likte oss godt!
Hotellet er jevnt over bra, med god standard. Rommet var moderne og fint, og renholdet her var helt strålende. Det var derimot teppegulv i gangene (ikke viktig, men allikevel) som var veldig ekle. Utrolig hyggelige ansatte både ved restaurantene, ved frokosten og bassenget. Eksepsjonelt god badevakt som hadde full kontroll på alle! Servicepersonellet i resepsjonen var ikke like hyggelige, men vi fikk hjelp til det vi hadde behov for. Fine bassenger, deilig ved stranden og vi har bare kost oss. Et lite minus for ALT FOR HØY musikk ved bassenget utover ettermiddagen (høyttalerne var ikke gode nok for lydnivået) Vi kan fint komme tilbake.

Do not get sucked into the Instagram promotions for this hotel. It’s as though the hotel staff deliberately try to be as rude and unhelpful as possible! The floor plan of the hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen not to mention the 1 elevator that can barely fit 4 people in it. Once you find the right one you’ll be waiting for a while! The food is average at best although I didn’t get food poisoning so that’s a plus. The music is so loud it’s impossible to have a conversation and the genre is either 2am club dance music or hip hop. The roof top pool is accessible for €36 each. Fair to say I wouldn’t go back to this hotel even if they paid me. I usually don’t bother to leave reviews but this place just left me wanting to go home as soon as possible..

Styr unna Saranda (veldig turistisk og kaotisk) og dette hotellet. Frokosten var bra, men ellers ikke verdt å besøke restaurantene der. For å komme inn på bassenget på øverste etasje (som de reklamerer for på bildet) må man betale 30 euro pr.person. Kun 1 heis tilgjengelig så de fleste brukte trappene.

Great hotel with lots of facilities. Quite a walk from the centre of Serranda. Lots of elements have extra charges, which can be expensive if you want to use them.

Komfortables Hotel mit tollem Blick
Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Toller Blick und komfortable Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Vor dem Hotel stapelt sich leider der Müll auf Gehweg. Hotel bekam Lieferung, Kartons lagen durchnässt herum, Glasscherben während des ganzen Aufenthalts. Klar ist es nicht mehr Hotelgrundstück, aber von ihnen verursacht und die Gäste müssen da lang... im Hotel selbst sehr sauber, nettes Personal. Strand ist recht klein und Kies, dafür viele Liegen auf einer Art Terrasse direkt am Meer.

This hotel really does have the potential to be 4* however it's not quite up to scratch. Before I arrived I read a lot of reviews saying the staff were rude but this simply wasn't the case everyone was always polite. The room it's self was very spacious and super clean. Couldn't fault it. However the shower was cold. We complained about this 3 times to be told someone would come and fix it but they never did. We went in may, when you book it says pools open in may. However they were not when we arrived. We asked and then they started to open them. But the area around the open outside pool was like a building site, broken tiles around which seemed very unsafe. The indoor pool was nice once they had heated it up lol. Not all the bars they advertise were open. I understand mag is low season but they really should tell you not all the pools and bars will be open when you're booking. I would recommend this hotel for a cheap clean room but don't have high hopes about the facilities they sell you.

Sólo llegar intentaron estafar nos diciendo que como política del hotel no aceptaban pagos des de Booking. Yo sorprendido al haber pagado lo verifiqué y al ensenarle al recpecionista hizo como que volvía a comprobarlo y finalmente aceptó que si estaba pagado, empezamos bien... Nuestra sorpresa al llegar es cuando nos dicen que el spa solo abre dos días a la semana ( no coincidíamos) el gimnasio solo abre de 8am a 10 am ( las mismas horas que está abierto el desayuno por lo que tienes que escoger si comer o entrenar...) Y todas las piscinas estaban cerradas. Básicamente ninguno de los servicios que se proponían del hotel estaban abiertos... Por último estando el hotel casi vacío por no ser temporada alta, nos dieron una habitación con vistas a una pared en obras (estando el hotel delante del mar) y al pedir un cambio nos intentaron cobrar 118 euros para poder hacer el cambio, siendo este cambio hacia una categoría más baja (ya que habíamos cogido la habitación Deluxe) finalmente tras tener que enfadarme e insistir nos dieron esta habitación de menos categoría con vistas al mar gratis. No volveremos

It was the worst experience that we had in the whole trip. We only stayed for two nights, I complained twice about the smell in the room, and nobody cares. We left before, I contacted Expedia , i want a refund for all the other days i didn't stay there. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed.

Upcharge for infinity pool
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they wanted to charge us 25 euros per person for the infinity pool. They said it’s not included in the price even though it’s not mentioned anywhere on hotels.com. We were willing to pay and when we came back to the desk after we put our swim suits on I was told my son, who is 13, wasn’t allowed. Everything else about this hotel is amazing.

Liked beach access, children's pool, quiet, some of the staff great (but others need some training on customer service), room with small patio/garden. Some facilities very poor, e.g. gym not only very badly equipped for a supposed 5* but some so old it was dangerous. Pools could do with modernisation.

The property doesn't look much from the road but it is enormous inside and designed by some crazy designer - it looks awesome. Even the car park looks incredibly designed (go and look at it!!). Great sky bar with wonderful views, nice beach area, a few swimming pools on different levels - including the roof.
