All the staff were really lovely, courteous, helpful, and very pleasant. The hotel is modern and of a high standard. The pool area is well maintained and has plenty of lounges and shade if required.

Awesome hotel for a great price!

Very lovely place. The staff was very kind and friendly to us throughout our stay. We really enjoyed everything. It is located next to the main beaches of Ksamil. Breakfast was pretty simple, but great. Would definitely come back again.

Absolutely perfect. You won't find a nicer, more helpful staff than the one here, especially Isola. The hotel was always shiny clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It is within walking distance from restaurants and beaches. We appreciated having different breakfast options every day. If we wanted a breakfast item that was running out, they would make more and bring it to us. The only bad part was leaving. I usually find three days in one location to be enough, but I enjoyed it so much that I wished we stayed longer.

Amazing hotel

Our stay at this hotel elevated our Ksamil experience to an entirely new level. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and courteous, always ready to offer insightful recommendations on what to do, where to go, and what to see. The room was outstanding, brand new, with an extremely comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. We were sad to leave and we would definitely return.

We arrived at the hotel a bit earlier than the check in time. We were advised the room was ready and the staff was lovely. We then went to the room and after a while we were came back down to eat and go to the pool, we looked at the pool and was so tiny, I have seen house pools bigger than this, we set down at the bar and were told that they do not serve any food besides the breakfast. We then went to eat something outside the restaurant. At that moment I contacted hotels.com (I made the reservation with them) and advised that we wanted to change our reservation to just 1 night instead of 2, they said they tried to call the restaurant and they did not answer. We went back in and I told the reception that we wanted to check out earlier, the staff called the manager/owner who just spoke with the staff in Albanian and completely ignored us and told the staff that we could check out earlier but they wouldn’t do a refund. The day after, the breakfast was horrible and super poor. The toilet is tiny and the shower area very small. We checked out as we would rather loose the money of the night then having to stay there for another night. In the morning the hotels.com called the manager/owner who once again said she would not give the refund, she ignored us the whole time even when we were doing the check ouT. The staff is very young and lovely but it is outrageous to charge the prices they do, it looks like q house converted into a hotel. Do not stay there

Fantastic service and kind staff

Exceptional service. Both Miki and Erta at the reception were super attentive and were happy to give local recommendations. Family owned place with breakfast buffet and the room & bathroom were of a high standard.

Lovely family run hotel

Great stay. Exceptional friendly and detail oriented service. The facilities are very modern and sparkling clean. Best breakfast we had in Albania, (far superior to the larger hotels we stayed at) especially the homemade cakes! We got the bus in from Sarande and the bus stop was right next to the hotel. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Ksamil. We were there in September and the beaches were busy but still enjoyable.

Ksamil’de Konaklanacak En İyi Yerlerden Biri

Otel deneyimimizden çok memnun kaldık. Temizlik konusunda oldukça iyilerdi; odalar her gün özenle temizlendi. Çalışanlar son derece güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Miki, Erta, Isola ve Agida’ya özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Beach ve restoran önerilerinde de çok yardımcı oldular, bu sayede bölgeyi daha rahat keşfettik. Kahvaltısı hem çeşitlilik hem de lezzet açısından gerçekten başarılıydı. Türk olduğumuzu öğrenince her kahvaltı sonrası çay ikram etmeleri bizi ayrıca mutlu etti(bunu biz talep etmemiştik, tamamen onların jestiydi) Otelin konumu da çok merkezi. Ksamil’deki her yere yürüyerek en fazla 15-20 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Günlük plaj havlusu temin etmeleri ve odalarda değerli eşyalar için kasa bulunması da büyük avantajdı

Superfint och väldigt fräscht hotell. Världens gulligaste personal, som verkligen engagerade sig och hjälpte till på alla sätt för att vår vistelse i Ksamil skulle bli så fantastisk som den blev. Frukosten uppdaterades varje dag och innehöll såväl de mer vanliga kontinentala delarna som hembakat, créme brûlée och belgiska våfflor.
