Amazing location

Excellent location, comfortable bed and sofa. View from this ground floor room looking out to the bay was brilliant. During the stay, there was this slight smell from the bathroom which needs to sorted. Apart from that, it is really 10/10.

Excellent 10/10

Quiet location round by the port - right at the beginning of the promenade & only 1mins walk to the main promenade. Very spacious room & large bathroom. Large comfortable soft bed - luxury linens/bedsheets/towels. Nicely decorated- very clean & comfortable. Nice little veranda to look out over Sarande. All mod-con - large TV, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, safety box. The host was so kind to check us in early & kept in touch by WhatsApp for our early check-out.

Large room with a handy location right beside the port, and a slightly quieter section away from the main tourist area. Ultimately I found it a bit expensive by Albanian standards, there were many stray long black hairs, and they didnt provide instructions to find the key until an hour after I'd arrived (with advance warning of when I was arriving).

We had an amazing night at Adam&Eve Suites. The location is very convenient, by the port and close to the beach, cafes, restaurants. The Suite itself is brand new, immaculate clean, modern, stylish and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner is very kind and attentive. He met us to ensure we have a smooth stay. They were very kind to let us check in early as well. I would highly recommend when staying in Saranda!

Lovely apartment - suite. We was lucky enough to be allocated the superior suite which is modern spacious & clean. So conveniently located next to the port which we arrived at - The apartment is straight out onto the promenade - seafront. The Host Suela was most helpful and the cleaner who met us was lovely ( little English) but we got bye. We'd definitely recommend or stay here again. Thank you Suela and staff.

My stay at Adam&Eva was truly delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and service-oriented, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeper, a vivacious lady who only spoke Albanian and Italian. Despite the language barrier, everything was resolved wonderfully, showcasing the team's dedication to excellent service. The room lived up to the description, featuring a lovely patio and all the amenities one could need. Its location was perfect—close to the town and the beachfront promenade, yet in a quiet area with minimal foot traffic outside, providing a peaceful environment. Overall, Adam&Eva Hotel exceeded my expectations with its superb service and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location is busy with people going to the Ferry or coming from the Ferry non stop. There is no exterior door so not only it is noisy, it also does not feel safe. We booked this place because it was advertised as a hotel. It turns out it is an apartment right next to the Ferry station. Considering the price it is expensive for an apartment. We checked out early because the place was underwhelming and moved to a hotel that was $50 less a night, next to a phenomenal beach and had an amazing breakfast. This place has neither breakfast nor a nice beach As it is an apartment that sleeps 4 it also attracts more of the party crowd. The guys next to us partied all night and drunk heavy. The beach that is advertised is awful. Dirty and very short. We talked to some locals and they told us the locals don’t go there. We tried to talk to the host about the misunderstanding regarding the false advertisement as a hotel and the location but she could not care less. The apartment itself is clean and the location is convenient if you have to go to the Ferry the next day. However at that price there are dozens of better options in Sarande or Ksamil.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful stay in a chalet type room. Access to the beach waters right from the door step and literally a minute walk to the boulevard. Yet, away to the corner so you can have a peaceful sleep at night. Parking right next at the port area for 500 lek for 24hrs. The cleaning lady "meme" is the sweetest and most hard working lady. Enjoy a nice conversation and coffee with her while you're there and leave her a nice tip for all the work she puts in. The room space is nice and bathroom and amenities are also great. Only thing is the water drain in the shower is super slow and sometimes the water will flood the whole bathroom.

Vous ne pouvez pas être plus au bord de l’eau et proche du port a Sarande ! La chambre est spacieuse et le balcon donne sur le port comme nul part ailleurs, cela veut aussi dire jn eu de bruit et d’humidité. Mais le rapport qualité prix est la !

Rent og pent og god beliggenhet til alt. Eneste minuset vi har er at det sto at vi fikk frokost inkludert, det er verken frokost eller resepsjon der. Vi må ringe de som driver plassen for å få komme inn på rommene. Verdens søteste vaskedame med på kjøpet.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questa struttura. beh che dire, tutto davvero eccezionale! in primis vogliamo ringraziare Bledi per l'ottima accoglienza. La posizione eccellente, si trova accanto all'ingresso del porto e all'inizio del lungomare, di sera l'anima pulsante della città.
