The furniture and bedding look tired and dated, but the apartment itself is spacious for the four of us, clean, tidy, comfortable and warm (we were there in mid-November). It is in a great walkable location very close to the Old Town of Saravejo. Communication is excellent. Problems were sorted out with a smile and apologies within the hour. We found everything we needed (including a shoe horn!) in the apartment.
