Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options.

Basic room with low cost

The room was tiny and very basic but understable for the price paid for. Toilet cover was cracked and you have to you downstairs to borrow kettel but the reception staff was helpful when asked for direction.

部屋はダブルベッドにマットレスは低反発で快適。1リットル牛乳パックが入る冷蔵庫あり。部屋内に湯沸かしポット等のお茶セットはないが、21時まで1階でウェルカムコーヒーが貰える。朝食はそのコーヒーマシンのドリンクとオレンジジュースとお水に小さめのパンが数種類のみだが無料なので満足。総じて良い滞在でした。

空きが無く喫煙ルームを選択したが、部屋は紙タバコを直前まで放置していたかのようなタバコ臭さでチェックアウト後に全ての持ち物にキツイタバコ臭がついてしまった。元喫煙者の自分でもキツイので脱臭装置を入れて欲しい。 接客はややフランクだが必要十分。
