We really enjoyed the view from our room which faced the rear of the hotel. There is a mountain view and the sound of a stream that runs behind the hotel was very relaxing! The staff was kind and very accommodating.

10 minutes by car from otaru chikko station, beautiful scenery surrounded by mountains, trees and a river! The owners are kind and understanding if you know little japanese. For three people, the rooms are spacious with big windows and a large table. For outside, you can lend boots for the snow. Overall the experience was beautiful, Reccomended if you want to getaway from the busy environment of the central town. Thank you :)

スタッフさんが、すごく良い人でした！遅くのチェックインにも対応してくれて、ありがたかったです！ただ、部屋にカメムシがいるのが…ガムテープ置いてるので、もし、いたら包んで捨ててくださいってフロントで言われて、まさかいないだろいと思っていたら、2匹もいた…朝にブーンって音がカーテンからしたから、もっといたのかも。この地域は秋に大量発生してるらしいけど、部屋の中に入るのはなんでなんだろう… 布団もあまり清潔感はなかったけど、値段は安いし、こんなものなのかな。札幌の宿がどこもいっぱいだったので、宿無しにならないだけでも良かったです。

寝泊まりだけなら

建物が古いため仕方ない部分もありますが、室内の壁が薄いようで隣の部屋の宿泊客のイビキが丸聞こえでした。トイレを流した時の音がビックリするほど大きくて、タンクに溜まるまでも何時間もチョロチョロ音が続き、と気になる点が多々ありました。アメニティは部屋には無く、ロビーで各自で必要な分を持っていくというスタイルでした。 夏の時期にしては安く泊まれたので、寝泊まりするだけと思えば十分かなと思います。 チェックイン時の受付の女性の方の印象は良かったです。

安くて気楽、ホテルの人は皆親切でした。

受付の時間制限など書いてありましたが、深夜戻りも全く問題なく、２泊自由に過ごせました。 大浴場の温泉は向いのホテルを使うため一旦外に出ますが まあ＋500円で入れるので良かったと思います。
