I had a twin room. For a hotel that advertises its staff as being able to speak several languages, I found only one who had any English at all, at one of the restaurants, and his English was about as good as my Japanese, that is to say, almost non-existent. I have seen smaller bathrooms, but only in dolls' houses. Anyone over 5' tall would have difficulty manoeuvring around them, and at 6'/183 cm tall, I found it extremely difficult. I realise the hotel caters mainly to domestic tourism, but I have never found a major hotel anywhere that does not even have instant coffee in the room, or milk in the fridge. They did have green tea. I ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was average at best.
