"I love this house is my favorite in san juan del sur. The view is stunning. The house is super clean, comfortable, cleaned and spacious. The kitchen area outside in the second floor terrace is to die for with an infinity pool right next to it and beach louge chairs and the most amaxing view of the san juan del sur bay. The staff is super courteous, friendly and professional. I will totally recommend this house to angone staying in san juan del sur Nicaragua while they vacation here. 🙏👌"

"The place was not very far from the Moyogalpa, yet it seemed so surreal and quiet off of the main road. The guard was very attentive to service and respectful. The cabin was felt so cozy and the environment was very inviting. The cabin came with every amenity you need from a fridge to a stove and a coffee pot. "We enjoyed our stay. Overall it’s an excellent spot on the edge of town and across from the beach. The rooms need blankets as it’s hard to monitor the ac and we were cold. The hot water in the shower was not hot, just tepid. "

We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor.
