Experiência razoável, não faz jus a propaganda que fazem, porta do quarto não fechava, cama razoável, travesseiros idem e incomodos. Café da manhã sofrível, falta total de preparo dos funcionários que não repunham o que faltavam e só diziam que não tinham mais como repor.

Poderia ser melhor.

Decepcionante, eu e minha esposa não gostamos do quarto onde fomos colocados, ou seja, ao lado do almoxarifado de toalhas, lençóis e capa de travesseiros. Fim de corredor, janela do quarto muito pequena e sem ventilação, funcionários saindo e entrando nesse almoxarifado. A antena SKY funcionou até sexta-feira dia 07/04/2023 e WIFI nada de pegar no nosso quarto com roteador pertinho de nós. Café da manhã, recepção e funcionários de serviços de quarto, sem reclamações.

Achei razoável, pelo preço está bcaro. O café é bem simples, o quarto é confortável e arrumado. Chegamos e nos foi informado que não havia ferro de passar roupas e que só havia o serviço de lavanderia cobrado por fora, mas não sabia os valores, o casal de amigo que foi conosco emprestou o ferro de passar na recepção. O hotel é bem limpo, mas achei as meninas da faxina pouco cordial (exceto uma senhora que sempre dava bom dia bem animada e sempre prestativa, não me recordo o nome). A recepção deixa a desejar.

Café da manhã muito fresco e com variedades de bolos. Hotel com uma limpeza extrema e funcionários muito simpáticos. A localização é excelente tanto para quem deseja conhecer as praias do Sul de São Sebastião como para quem deseja pegar a balsa para Ilhabela.
