Hotel horroroso, com péssima prestação de serviço.
Quero deixar registrado a péssima prestação de serviço desse hotel: não trocam as toalhas (tive que pedir a troca quase que diariamente); não arrumam o quanto quando a gente sai (volta e está desarrumado); o quarto é velho (cheira mal, com teias de aranha e o ar condicionado era barulhento); o chuveiro é elétrico e dá problema toda hora (por dois dias tomei banho gelado e saia pouquíssima água); serviço de recepção decadente (funcionários lerdos e despreparados); a cortina não era black-out (5 da manhã tava um clarão impossível de dormir e descansar. Minha janela dava vista para um muro, horrível!!! Acredito que tenha sido a pior experiência que tive até hoje (pagando caro para ter um atendimento horrendo). De quinta para sexta 7h30 da manhã estavam quebrando parede em algum quarto (fazendo reforma). Aluguei pelo site de vocês por conta dos selos, paguei a estadia mais caro e acabou que tive uma pessoal estaria. Estou me sentindo lesado, roubado pq estou pagando para passar raiva!

O chuveiro era péssimo. Não saia água. No café da manhã os alimentos não eram repostos. Em menos de 1 hora após o início do café já não tinha queijo, iogurte, o ovo mexido estava no fim, frutas e alguns tipos de pães. Qdo questionados falaram que o grupo que levantou antes tinham comido muito😡😡
