Foi minha primeira experiência com um hostel e confesso que me decepcionei. A começar pelo atendimento, existem várias pessoas na equipe e como o foco parece ser receber estrangeiros, fomos deixados um pouco de lado por parte da equipe. Faltam alguns confortos como toalhas, banho sem temporizador, frigobar no quarto privativo que seriam justificados se o preço fosse realmente em conta, mas existem opções de hotéis mais em conta. Para quem viaja sozinho pode ser uma boa opção, mas para viagem em família ou se você prefere mais privacidade não recomendo (nem mesmo a suíte privativa). A vizinhança é muito boa e muito perto do metrô

Hostel medio, perto dos outros que fiquei fica muito a desejar por todos os itens. Bem amador. Nao indico. Colchao c capa de plastico, igual aquelas q poe pra crianca n fazer xixi na cama. Quarto nao escurece. Tampa da privada quebrada. Nao tive coragem de tomar banho. Porta sanfonada do banheiro. Parece uma casa adaptada. Estranho. Nao me senti bem. Achei amador.

Muito boa , ótima.

A estadia foi ótimo, boa receção gostei muito já é meu segundo ano que eu me hospedo Vila Rock Hostel. Gostei muito, só deixa a desejar na café da manhã não tinha queijo ou presunto ou mortadela algo assim para encerramentar o café da manhã.

Atendimento ruim, café da manhã praticamente inexistente, limpeza também deixou a desejar. Além disso, a orientação do hostel inacreditavelmente era dormir com o quarto destrancado caso uma das hóspedes estivesse fora, pois só tinha uma chave para todas (o que obviamente combinamos entre nós e não seguimos). Não recomendo.

Lugar legal

O único porém a relatar foi o funcionamento do wi-fi no quarto em que fiquei: o sinal caia e/ou oscilava muito. Com isso, tive que ir para a "área de convívio" do hostel, onde o wi-fi funcionava bem, mas geralmente não era um ambiente adequado para se trabalhar devido ao som da TV e/ou dos outros usuários. Mas me informaram que o problema está sendo solucionado.

Ótimo pra quebusca uma boa localizaçã

Um overbooking me obrigou a ficar em quarto coletivo. Fui para dormir bem e poder no dia seguinte participar de uma corrida de 42 km. Não dormi nada, devido à entrada e saída de pessoas no quarto a noite toda. Acho que eu estava no lugar errado.

Estadia sofrível.

A hospedagem foi sofrível. Logo na chegada descobrimos que venderam uma hospedagem a mais, e para meu amigo e eu, só havia uma cama livre. Saímos para o evento que iríamos (Lollapalooza 2016), com a promessa de que na volta tudo estaria resolvido. Chegamos de volta no hostel por volta das 0h, e o atendente noturno não sabia de nada. Arrumou uma "bicama", sem colchão decente e me colocaram num quarto pequeno e com pouca ventilação e mais 8 pessoas. Somente às 3h00 da manhã fui dormir. Prometeram devolver a diária e o fizeram. O café da manhã: café, leite, achocolatado em pó, pão de forma simples, margarina, leite, biscoito passatempo e wafer, banana e maçã. REFRESCO de uva. Faltou um simples presunto e mussarela, para um café da manhã decente. No dia seguinte me transferiram de quarto, com 10 beliches mais 2 camas no chão. Éramos cerca de 18 pessoas no quarto, com pouquíssima ventilação, tendo somente ventiladores de teto, nas paredes, e uma única porta. Não há tomadas suficientes nos quartos, eu precisava acordar às 4h da manhã, e meu telefone tinha pouca bateria. Corria o risco de ela acabar e não conseguir acordar. Os banheiros estavam ok.

Muito bem localizado e ótimo atendimento!

Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hostel. As áreas comuns são muito agradáveis, facilitando o convívio com outros hospedes. Além disso, o hostel está super bem localizado, num bairro seguro e tranquilo, bem próximo ao metrô Sumaré.

Não foi possível ficar mais de uma noite, pois o ambiente não correspondia às minhas expectativas. Talvez por ser mulher... No quarto não havia banheiro e era preciso atravessar a área da recepção (24hs) para escovar os dentes ou tomar banho... Horrível!
