From the moment I got out of the car and was welcomed so sincerely, I felt like this could be a 2nd home. EVERY employee was capably helpful and that is saying something in todays customer service field. Great restaurant, with an amazing Breakfast is offered as well. As for the room, it was more than adequate, very comfortable. The bed provided a sound sleep and the sunken chairs are a little hard to get out of for the over 55 crowd. The location is fine with easy access to many points of interest. Again, the service here rivaled that of the Marriott or Ritz Carlton. The team here did a great job of welcoming my family for my son's wedding. Thank you Pullman.

Um pouco decepcionada pois somente após instalada no quarto fui informada que os wuartos do 4 ao 7 andar que atendem como quarto superior não tem disponibilidade de smartv enquanto os outros tem. Não há descritivo que sinalize a diferenciação dos quartos e tarifas.

Embora listado como 5 estrelas, pelos serviços de quarto e aspecto do quarto, não passa de um 3 estrelas. No penúltimo dia não arrumaram o apartamento. O restaurante é caro, com pouquíssimas opções e comida que deixa a desejar. O bar, idem. O café da manhã é pobre. 3 estrelas. De positivo, destaco a gentileza dos colaboradores, porém gentileza sem serviço bom não condiz com a pretensa e anunciada classificação do hotel. Tenho a impressão de que contratei uma acomodação (luxo superior, pelo que consta das fotos de divulgação) e me ofereceram uma acomodação inferior, porque é impossível ter uma (acomodação) pior em um pretenso 5 estrelas. Por último, me enviaram a nota fiscal em valor bem inferior ao valor que paguei.

Hotel era incrível, mudou até sistema da recepção. Café da manhã está totalmente diferente de todas as vezes que já me hospedei. Primeira noite muito ruim pois estourou um cano em andar inferior ao meu e fui incomodada com muita zoada antes das 6 da manhã ! No dia seguinte me trocaram de quarto e foi tudo ótimo!
