Nice place, but staff are ok. Stayed for a night and woke up to a letter asking to come to the front desk as the pre-authorization value was under what I had spent, even though was checking out that day. Extremely inappropriate considering I had already paid for the hotel and left a pre-authorized value on my card. Seems like they have people that don’t end up paying for what was consumed at the hotel. And had extra charges to my room that weren’t mine. Close to US$200 that I had to ask them to remove from my room. Wouldn’t expect this from a 5-star hotel. Not returning.

nice place but they don't respect partnership. I had to ask for an upgrade after my check in - I was already in my room, and after a while , they said there was no available room for upgrade. no discount of 20 por cent in my dinner. I stayed in this hotel for only one night.

Best stay I ever had in Sao Paulo. I could not find any faults. The staff was "outstanding" in every way, friendly and professional. The property in pristine shape. The restaurants outstanding. I will be going back.

Fantastic stay
The service at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Will absolutely stay again. Spa services were good for my partner. We had one issue at check in with one staff member due to a credit card issue but that person was not representative of the overall staff. Very friendly staff and got to know you during stay to provide great service

Beautiful colonial style hotel set in tropical parkland. Excellent cocktail bar and superb pool. Well appointed gym. Arrived very early morning and the charming night manager made sure we were in our room very quickly.

I can’t believe there is an oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle of São Paulo. Unbelievable beautiful, the hotel is just amazing, clean, the amenities are great! The food is amazing, the SPA was perfect and the people!!!! Ahhh the people here are the best! I will come back every time I am visiting São Paulo.

This property is stunning. A green oasis in a residential area in a concrete jungle that is São Paulo. Service was great - the hotel staff was helpful and kind. It is a bit far from Jardins and other neighborhoods, but if you don’t mind a 25-35 min car ride everywhere, you’ll really enjoy your stay here.

Amazing property with well trained stuff. Sadly one male stuff ruined the hotel experience working room service. That member ruined the whole hotel. Each time you try to order room service he says 30min and literally Hugs up. Ones He checks the mini bar he walks around the room screaming with bad attitude. I don’t know what he doing in 5 star hotel. An Untrained Personal like that shall not be working on hotel this level.

Excellent hotel in very respect of the word. Staff and property are first class in every respectable word. ** My only gripe, and for me it’s important. I was there to celebrate my birthday. The manager on duty offered me an upgrade at a terrible discount, trying to make it like they were doing me a favor. The General Manager could have done a lot better, as I feel it was an empty offer of kindness. Sad. Does not reflect very well at all.

This hotel is a fabulous property in the Panamby district of Sao Paulo. It is truly an urban oasis. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. Service is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The inhouse dining is exceptional. An unexpected treat was watching marmosets from nearby Burl Marx Parque frolicking by the pool.
