This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Finally a gym worth the name. Could use some more maintainance on the cardio machines, but big and with lots of weights...not easy to find and worth a review more than all other features. Chapeau for that.

The whole staff was very friendly with us. They offered an excellent service, a very good br akfast. Suitcase storage was possible. They recommended diner places althought they are their competitors. The rooms are quite big and reasonably clean. The price for a big city as São Paulo is very reasonable. We were very pleased to stay here.

It was my third / fourth stay in your hotel. Previous rooms of same category were much better! Checkout was a disaster for which I had to pay extra! After waiting to checkout I wanted to reserve my Uber to the airport. What had changed after my last visit was, that the WiFi access stopped immediately so I couldn’t confirm the Uber! Front desk employes and manager were not able to help so I was forced to take a taxi fir more than the double price…..just because hotel and staff unable to jnderstand the needs of tourists without propper mobilephone connections abroad.
