O hotel está um pouco velho e datado. Apesar de ser luxuoso e a localização ser boa, me causaram uma má impressao a sujeira (manchas) dos carpetes nos corredores e no quarto, o estado dos móveis estofados, a TV antiga e pequena e o banheiro com o mármore bastante manchado. Acredito que uma máquina de Nespresso e mais opções de petiscos e chocolates no quarto também seria uma boa para este padrão!

Great location. Staff was wonderful. The club lounge is a fantastic option. I would stay here again when I go back to Sao Paulo next time. I stayed 8 days and felt great and safe the entire time. Thank you all!

O pessoal do hotel sempre muito simpático e atencioso. Nosso quarto era uma suíte com bastante espaço. A questão é que o hotel é velho, precisa ser reformado. O carpet do hotel é velho, o banheiro é super velho. A TV não é smart e não aceita receber conteúdo do celular. Pelo preço você encontra coisas mais novas...
