The área surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe. Too many alcoholic homeless individuals about a block away from hotel.

O ar condicionado central estava estragado e nos disseram que deveria ser consertado até o dia seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Depois descobrimos por outros hóspedes que o problema estava acontecendo há semanas, e o Ibis mandou uma mensagem avisando apenas horas antes do checkin (provavelmente para não ter cancelamentos). Além disso, foi oferecido desconto para os hóspedes pelo inconveniente, mas apenas para aqueles que tinham feito a reserva pelo site próprio do hotel, ou seja, quem fez por outra plataforma saiu no prejuízo, mesmo o hotéis.com tendo me dito que faria o reembolso caso o hotel emitisse alguma nota dizendo sobre o problema, mas o Ibis apenas ignorou. Para completar, estávamos em 2 quartos e em um deles o teto do banheiro estava cheio de mofo. Simplesmente absurdo para um rede desse porte. Nunca mais

Think again Dangerous area
This hotel stuff is unprofessional. They can't speak English and they have not enough security. Someone robbed me in front of hotel and they didn't call police even they don't want to problem with police. Also rooms not clean. So noisy hotel. Don't hope to see "ibis standarts" for this "hotel"

I was assaulted in this hotel and had to seek help from the local police. The staff were awful and unhelpful and all of a sudden couldn’t speak English when I needed them to. My room wasn’t made up once for the duration of my 12 night stay. I am so disappointed as this ruined my whole trip to Brasil.

I wasn’t able to sleep, had to leave on the middle of the night due to the guess in the same room arriving drunk and due to extremely loud snoring. After speaking With the front desk he didn’t even said that he was sorry, just letting a unsatisfied guest leave and look for A room Elsewhere.

i really liked the place. convenient location. nice, basic breakfast..24/7 cafeteria...the room was small, but adequate. the only drawback was that there were no safe deposit boxes

André, depois de sua saida no hotel, você nos ligou e informou que esqueceu uma sacola no quarto. Conforme retornamos por telefone a sacola com 2 uísques foi localizado e combinamos dos seus uísques ficariam a disposição para retirada.

Hotel pessimo, está totalmente fora do padrão ibis
O hotel não tem o padrão de atendimento IBIS que tive em estadias em outros hotéis IBIS. Começando pela garagem… começando primeiro pelos funcionários do estacionamento super mal humorados, com cara emburrada e dando informações grosseiramente , do dia que sairmos entregaram a chave do carro sem a capinha e meu marido disse que iria procurar perto de onde o carro estava e o funcionário, de cara feia ainda disse que não adiantaria procurar porque se não encontrasse ficaria sem a capa mesmo… achei um abuso! No quarto não tem interfone para comunicação com a recepção, a televisão do quarto não pegava nenhum canal e reclamamos…depois de quase uma hora é que já estávamos instalados no quarto pediram para trocarmos de quarto que tivesse uma imagem melhor, tivemos que colocar tudo nas malas novamente para trocar de quarto, iríamos pagar o café da manhã na hora para tomar, mas pagar trinta e poucos reais por quase nada de café da manhã achei um absurdo. O padrão de café da manhã da rede ibis é ótimo mas neste hotel não tinha quase nada para o café da manhã, preferimos tomar café em uma padaria na rua!

Fiquei hospedada por 3 dias e 2 noites, o quarto era minúsculo, não tinha frigobar o que eu achei um absurdo, principalmente por ter sido dias bem quentes, acho válido ressaltar que é uma região do centro perigosa, então tenha em mente quando optarem por ficar lá, e, para piorar, voltei pra casa com uma micose no pescoço e couro cabeludo, uma coceira terrível, proveniente dos travesseiros. Não foi uma boa experiência. Única coisa que salva é o atendimento, porquê do resto, foi só ladeira abaixo.

Hotel fica muito bem localizado, principalmente para quem pretende fazer compras entre a 25 de março e o Brás. café da manhã razoável, mas pode melhorar. Um ponto que precisa ser melhorado urgentemente é a Internet, que é péssima e lenta.
