Pessoal desorganizado, fiz o pagamento pelo app, cheguei lá mostrei o comprovante pediram um caução, o pessoal do app entrou em contato com o hotel e mesmo assim eles dificultaram nossa hospedagem, ao sair do hotel pedimos o estorno do caução e mostramos novamente o comprovante do hotéis.com passou dois dias ligaram cobrando novamente

Achei o hotel pessimo! Chegada checkin complicado; 2 atendentes; 1 mexendo no cel e outro atendendo; Não havia toalhas no quarto na chegada! Cama com lençóis curtos! Tempo todo ficava só o colchão! Cobertor furado! Pela manhã, em torno das 9:00, uma camareira batia no quarto insistentemente para repor frigobar! Café da manhã apenas razoável, sem denominação de nada! Não tinha informação q tipo de suco havia! Banheiro com a caixa acoplada do vaso estragada! Quarto MUITO pequeno! E o quarto era muito barulhento!!! Parecia q os carros passavam dentro do quarto!

Mudança de quarto 3x

Fiquei dois dias no hotel, quando cheguei, meu quarto não funcionava o telefone, a tv não mudava os canais e o chuveiro, como o quarto era "adaptado", não funcionava direito. Mudei de quarto, esse segundo quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, pois o ar-condicionado estava vazando na parede e o telefone também não funcionava. Por fim, mudei para um terceiro quarto, neste, apenas o telefone não funcionava. Porém, não recomendo o quarto adaptado para aqueles que não têm alguma necessidade especial. Há de se pensar: como uma pessoa com necessidade conseguiria se locomover para a recepção 2x para fazer uma reclamação do quarto?
