This is in an area the Uber drivers call, “Crack-o-landia”. We watched and video’d a knife fight AT the front door. The street is filled with homeless crackheads and feels very dangerous. We stayed in the room the whole time.

This is on the edge of what even the Uber drivers call “Crackolandia”. It’s very unsafe outside the building as we watched knife fights and people sleeping in the street. Crack heads everywhere. Major flood killed the elevators so I had to climb 12 flights of stairs down and then back up to collect my groceries handed through the mirrored security window so you don’t have to risk your life going outside. Nice enough apartment but the area SUCKS! We won’t be back.

Terrible communication with management, unsafe neighbourhood , almost got mugged and almost got hit by bike , the street had deep massive potholes,main scanner barely worked , elevator door closed on my head , internet was spotty , tv didn’t work half the time , phone in room didn’t work, had maintenance to come to fix it ,even after he fixed it it still didn’t work , never came the second time

Boa localização, mas limpeza ruim

Ótima localização para quem gosta da região central de São Paulo. Perto do Metrô da República, várias opções de pequenos mercados, diversos bares e restaurantes. Alguns restaurantes excelentes! Foi bem tranquilo entrar no prédio, o quarto era super silencioso, mas o apartamento precisa de alguns cuidados e reparos. A limpeza infelizmente não era boa: encontramos uma unha postiça no sofá, bastante poeira, paredes manchadas, panelas sujas, cabelos, etc. Com certeza a empresa de limpeza terceirizada não está fazendo um bom trabalho.

Relação custo benefício boa. Localização precisa de um pouco de cuidado. Limpeza estava ok. A descarga com problema. Um espelho de tomada soltando. Eu achei um charme o ap, um cuidado com a ornamentação, estava tudo bem arrumado, em otimo estado, espaçoso, ventilado, um charme, o prédio tem área de piscina muito aconchegante, a academia os aparelhos não estão funcionando, mais os demais da pra usar e bem completa, tem a da lavanderia que facilita muito, tem uma sauna, o prédio e muito bem conservado, e bem moderno, a rua e bem movimentada, tranquila pra sair de dia e pertto de tudo, a noite tem qye tormar os cuidados como toda cidade, mais nada de dar medo e te impossibilita de curtir a área. Voltarei mais vezes.

O custo compensa

O prédio em si possui uma boa estrutura, com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia curta, de no máximo 7 dias. No entanto, a academia deixa muito a desejar, já que não dispõe dos equipamentos básicos para a prática de exercícios. Durante a noite, a rua adquire uma atmosfera estranha devido à presença de muitos moradores de rua, e a área em si é pouco movimentada, o que contribui para um ambiente sombrio. Durante o dia, a situação melhora, pois a rua fica bastante movimentada. É importante mencionar que a região é conhecida por ser perigosa, com um policiamento ostensivo, praticamente uma viatura de polícia a cada esquina. No entanto, uma vantagem é a proximidade com o metrô. O apartamento é amplo e bem organizado, com os utensílios básicos disponíveis. No entanto, minha grande decepção foi com relação à cama. Não tenho certeza do que havia no colchão, mas suspeito que possa ter sido percevejos. Meu corpo ficou completamente coberto de manchas que não se assemelham a picadas de mosquito, as quais são mais sutis. As picadas que apareceram em meu corpo tinham uma protuberância maior e uma vermelhidão mais acentuada, lembrando até a catapora. Isso foi realmente decepcionante, e acredito que seja necessário um nível mais adequado de higienização no quarto, incluindo a desinfestação. As picadas causaram constrangimento e desconforto durante minha estadia.

De maneira geral gostei muito da estadia, funcionários mutio solíticos, local é perigoso, mas entrando no uber bem na porta ficou tranquilo. Única coisa que achei muito ruim é que não estava claro quando fiz a reserva, que não haveria limpeza diária, pra mim estava incluído como em qualquer outra hospedagem, a troca diária de toalhas e limpeza geral, e quando perguntei havia taxa adicional se eu quisesse, pelo menos me disponibilizaram mais papel higiênico, e minha estadia foi longa 6 noites. Gostei muito da oferta de vários utensílios a disposição, geladeira grande, espaço muito confortável do quarto, bom chuveiro, secador e ferro a vapor muito bons também.

O apto e o prédio são ótimos, excelente! Boa escolha! Uma localização bem estratégica dessa área. Agora se vc é uma pessoa temerosa, amedrontada ou super prudente; fique atento pq a localização vai sim t causar muita insegurança! A rua Aurora e todo seu entorno é d fato muito inseguro, real! Até p/quem não se incomoda como eu… fica apreensivo.
