My fiancé and I needed a last minute place to staff on New Year’s Eve. This location was available and we booked it. The location is right near Itaim Bibi, and you can walk to restaurants. We loved the treatment from the staff and the quality of the rooms. Would absolutely come back.

La habitación, los muebles y casi todo el equipo son viejos y se rompen fácilmente. las llaves del baño se caen. El personal en el Front desk apenas entiende Ingles, es muy difícil la comunicación, tanto que no atienden las solicitudes. El personal de cocina es descortés, parecian siempre enojados, y no son amables con solicitudes del huésped. The room, the furniture, and almost all the equipment are old and break easily. The bathroom keys keep falling off.The staff at the front desk barely understands English, communication is very difficult, to the point that they do not attend to requests.The kitchen staff is rude, they always seemed angry, and they are not nice with guest requests.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.

Poor condition of hotel, room was clean but not upto proper stablndards, cramped. Overall seems dingy and rundown and would certainly avoid. Quite a few things were broken, the tap was also constantly leaking stightly, walls are really thin. The hotel certainly doesnt in anyway meet the 4 star hotel standard, seems more of 2 star hotel. I stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Brazil, there is a stark difference. Positives: breakfast seemed pretty good, very close walk from most offices

Service for check in and check out is not good

We arrived with 4 luggages of a 30 day trip around Brazil and no one offer help to manage the luggage bags from the taxi to our room and vice and versa. We had to do it all. Get the cart, load the luggages, bring to our room and unload the luggages and the same process to get put of the hotel. The guy that was working with the lady in the front we we arrive continue to do nothing while we did all of that. That was January 10th at 10:00 pm. Service is very unreliable.

2/5 estrelas O hotel poderia facilmente receber 5 estrelas pela prestatividade e atenção dos funcionários, que realmente se esforçam para atender bem os hóspedes. Porém, a infraestrutura deixa bastante a desejar. Fiquei hospedado em uma unidade no quinto andar e encontrei os seguintes problemas: Piso laminado de madeira descascando. Porta do banheiro com mofo. Manchas de mofo visíveis na parede. Lençol de forrar muito pequeno: durante a noite ele saía do colchão. O lençol era tão fino que deixava a estampa do colchão aparente. Infelizmente, esses pontos tornam a experiência desconfortável. Dou duas estrelas pelas instalações e deixo registrado que o ponto positivo realmente foi a equipe de funcionários. --- 2/5 stars The hotel staff was extremely helpful and attentive, and their effort to serve guests well could easily deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the facilities were disappointing. I stayed in a room on the fifth floor and found the following issues: Wooden laminate flooring peeling off. Bathroom door with mold. Visible mold stains on the wall. Bed sheet too small: it would come off the mattress during the night. The sheet was so thin that the mattress design was visible through it. Sadly, these issues made the stay uncomfortable. I can only give two stars for the facilities, though the staff truly made a positive difference.
