I was advised that there was kitchen when I booked. But there was no cooktop and the door locks are very old and very very hard to open.

Unfortunately the room was not clean. We try to reach a number that was giving in whatsapp. There was no blankets and especially no wifi to try to reach hotel.com customers service

Terrible mistake, we rented two rooms, one had cutlery the other one had no knives at all, a hole in the wall, mould on the shower screen, vent in bathroom doesn’t work, no coffee machine in one (the other one had it), one fork one spoon and that’s it. The area is called Crackolandia (which is our mistake for not checking it out prior). Communication is non existent, locks on the doors hard to punch numbers in…. Would strongly recommend against it!

The area here is a lots of tea do you have a lots of James do you have a lots of people outside he’s looking very very dangerous and I have a problem to communicate with the reception is Piccoli Portuguese with me I speak English and no one I have to do I have a help and I am late to make chicken because he doesn’t send me the information about my room really was a little hard for me because I speak English

The property itself is very nice and clean, including the laundry facilities. Upon check-in, the “front desk” person was unable to tell me my room number and referred me to text a WhatsApp # to customer service for help. After about an hour of chatting, I had my room details. My room, however, was not cleaned. I had to go out and buy a broom, mop, and cleaning products and clean the room myself. The sheets had stains in them, there were small holes on the walls, there were a couple of cockroaches, room service was nonexistent, and the neighborhood where the property is located is quite dangerous.

O apartamento e o prédio são muito bons, proporcionando uma estadia confortável. No entanto, houve um pequeno contratempo com o Wi-Fi, pois as senhas fornecidas não estavam configuradas corretamente. Foi necessário acessar as configurações da rede via cabo para obter a senha correta. A localização é excelente, com uma estação de metrô muito próxima, o que facilita a locomoção. Porém, o imóvel fica próximo à região conhecida como Cracolândia, o que pode gerar uma sensação de insegurança à noite.

Dá pra melhorar

O sistema de ckeck in (eletrônico) é meio confuso. O token para abertura da porta não é prático para o dia a dia. A atmosfera da região central de SP está pior do que eu imaginava. Em contrapartida, o quarto é confortável e a cozinha bem razoável.

Experiência no 704B

A localização é boa, da para ir andando a estação de metrô, ao mercado municipal, 25 de março. Academia é limpa e funcional possui bebedouro, possui piscina e lavanderia que é ótima ( não sendo necessário colocar sabão na máquina pois já possui). Lado negativo é não ter estacionamento e pela enorme quantidade de usuários de drogas na rua não foi possível deixar o carro na rua (segundo o pessoal que conhece a região informa que os usuários quebram os vidros dos carros). Por este mesmo motivo as saídas a noite não pode ser feitas caminhando apenas por carros de app. O quarto que ficamos é muito bonito, a decoração é linda. Infelizmente as cortinas estação rasgadas e sujas e em frente e um prédio comercial. Fomos em casal e tinha dois travesseiros um muito confortável e o outro extremamente desconfortável ficamos revezando eles, o mesmo acontece com as toalhas uma extremamente fina e a outra de boa qualidade ( recomendo levar de casa)

Foi a primeira experiência e achei super confortável, vi vários comentários antes de local, mas não tive a mesma experiência que todos falaram, no quarto havia coberta, toalha e estava limpinho. Tudo funcionando - ar, frigobar e tv. A rua de fato é perigoso, mas é bem tranquilo se tomar cuidado.

Otima localização

Bem localizado, nem 10min andando para a 25 de março, uns 3min para a Santa Efigenia e a 1min da estação Luz, que te leva bem rapidinho para o Bras, prox a cafeterias, farmácias, um supermercado 24h. Todo acesso ao predio e quarto automatizo, bem limpo e pratico. So o wifi que é um pouco lento, no mais... nos atendeu muito bem.

Gostei da proximidade com a 25 de marco, santa efigenia. Alem do transporte em abundância. O quarto poderia ter alguns eletrodomésticos como cafeteira e cooktop, alem de cobertores para casal.
