What was meant to be a relaxing honeymoon turned into a stressful and unsafe experience. After sitting in an empty hammock in a common area, we were harassed by other guests who falsely claimed it was reserved, despite management confirming that common areas cannot be reserved. The situation escalated into continuous verbal abuse throughout the day and the entire weekend, including being called “stupid” for speaking English and facing xenophobic remarks toward me for being a foreigner. Management not only failed to intervene, but never apologized, sided with other guests, and allowed the situation to spiral out of control. We did not feel safe and were forced to leave early following Expedia’s guidance due to unsafe conditions. Despite this, the property is refusing a refund and charged us for days we were no longer there. We do not recommend this property. Everything you see in the pictures will probably be reserved by old guests with common towels so don’t expect anything other than a room.

A pousada é linda e bem integrada com a natureza. É de frente para o mar e pé na areia. O quarto é lindo e espaçoso. O café é servido sem hora para acabar, tem bastante variedade e é delicioso. Possui piscina, spa (com agendamento e pagamento a parte pelas massagens). O atendimento é sensacional, todos são atenciosos, simpáticos e amam a pousada e transmitem esse amor aos hóspedes. O Célio tem uma história linda e vale a conversa com ele. O JR sua simpático e alegre sempre com uma música representando o momento. Todos são alegres e nos fazem sentir em família.

O quarto era amplo e bem limpo. A equipe de funcionários era muito atenciosa... JR, Sales, Netinho, Bruno & cia são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã era bom, mas em dias mais cheios demorava mais para servir. Sugestões: agua da piscina poderia estar mais quente e a banheira demora muito para encher. Adega também deveria ter opções melhores de vinho. Mas adoramos a estadia e esperamos voltar.

Abaixo das expectativas

A pousada tem tudo para ser excelente, pois tem excelente localização, em frente à linda Praia do Toque, os chalés são espaçosos, no entanto tenho a impressão de certo abandono na manutenção do jardim, tivemos problemas de iluminação no jardim em uma noite que não conseguíamos enxergar nada ao caminhar para o jantar. O serviço de bar não atente à necessidade para quem está na praia, tivemos que nos levantar para pedir bebidas. A comida não era boa, os pães feitos na pousada não tinham nenhum sabor. No dia seguinte à nossa chegada preferimos comer em uma barraca de praia no almoço e sair de carro para outro restaurante mais distante no jantar. Tudo isso é uma pena, pois a expectativa era alta por ser a pousada inserida como Roteiro de Charme. Outra pousada nessa mesma categoria durante nosso roteiro atendeu completamente nossa expectativa, ou até mesmo supero eu, e essa ficou muito abaixo. Espero que o serviço melhore, que o jardim e instalações seja mais bem cuidado, os funcionários melhor treinados, pois o lugar é bem bonito.

Excelente Pousada

Ao chegar, depois de 1 km de estrada de terra bem esburacada, chegamos à recepção, mas não encontraram nossa reserva. Minutos depois do atendente ir conversar com algum outro funcionário no escritório, retornou e pediu desculpas, localizando a reserva já paga. Fora isso e um problema na TV, solucionada uma hora depois, foi tudo maravilhoso. Café da manhã excelente, restaurante nota 10 e o principal: funcionários prestativos, educados e que procuram lhe agradar a todo o tempo. Praia quase exclusiva e instalações confortáveis. Apartamento do Lago enorme.

Sehr schön gelegene Pousada direkt am Strand. Bei EXPEDIA steht groß All Inclusive, wobei aber nur das Frühstück inbegriffen ist. Dieses ist aber so vielfältig und wohl Monroes, dass es den Rest des Tages bis zum Abend reicht. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich das Essen lecker.
