Quarto confortável porém com pouco espaço

Ficamos no quarto 11 que é um quarto de casal pequeno. A cama é confortável, mas o espaço no quarto é reduzido. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas atendeu nossa necessidade pois ficamos só uma noite.

Já esperava o quarto pequeno, a recepção remota, que são compatíveis com o custo-benefício que buscava. Porém, não justifica lençol manchado, toalha encardida, falta de itens no quarto por desatenção e desorganização. Ar condicionado funcionou bem, o que é essencial. Limpeza em geral, deveria ser melhor. Café da manhã básico, cumpriu a função.

Estrutura incrivel, Tecnologico e excelente estrutura. Entretanto precisam corrigir alguns detalhes para deixar a experiencia mais completa. O Atendimento tambem pode evoluir mais, como reportei para a Gerente Yasmin. No final deu tudo certo. Espero voltar em breve.

Boa pousada, pouco confuso com o tipo de recepcao na chegada, mas nada q atrapalhasse, cafe da manha com poucas opcoes, atendentes ok, servico de quarto ok, tamanho do quarto e banheiro bem apertado, sem mais..responsavel do hotel sempre atendeu rapido e bem pelo wathsaap
