Boa estrutura

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado (com dois grandes mercados e uma agência da Caixa praticamente na porta), boa estrutura, confortável, e café da manhã bem farto (minha esposa não pode comer lactose e o pessoal da cozinha a ajudou com boas opções. Tem frigobar (vazio) no quarto, mas geladeira na recepção caso precise de algo para beber. A piscina na cobertura é muito bonita, pena que o com o frio não dava pra usar. Pontos negativos: wi-fi péssimo e garagem pequena para a quantidade de hóspede, o que muitas vezes te obriga a estacionar numa outra garagem do hotel, na rua de trás.

Barulhento

Hotel mediano. 2 maiores incomodos; Janelas do quarto davam pro proprio corredor do hotel, com isso o barulho de qualquer outro hospede passando pelo corredor, abrindo ou fechando portas era bastante alto. Outro ponto que deixou bastante a desejar foi o chuveiro, que cai mta pouca agua e o regulamento de agua quente e fria é bem sensivel.

Excelente opção em Itajubá

Segunda fez que fico Hospedado, suíte bastante confortável. Melhor opção em Itajubá. Apenas achei que o café da manhã, estava com menos variedades. Mesmo assim excelente relação custo benefício.

Estadia perfeita. Atendimento nota 1000 dos funcionários. Local de fácil acesso e perto de vários barzinhos e do centro. Excelente em todos os quesitos: urbanidade, limpeza, silêncio e atenção com os hóspedes. Café da manhã impecável com hora marcada devido a pandemia, tudo fresquinho e saboroso. Quarto super confortável com uma vista linda da cidade e das montanhas. Pedido de acomodação em andar superior atendido no checkin conforme pedido no site do Hotels.com. Um lugar para se descansar após um dia intenso de curso e trabalho. Super recomendado! Voltarei com certeza.
