Estadia ok, o quarto era bom, a localização é boa, apesar de bem barulhenta. Não estava muito limpo nas áreas comuns, e o café da manhã não é padrão intercity, além do restaurante ser minúsculo. O atendimento do estacionamento foi o melhor de tudo.

Péssima experiência! Intercity São Leopoldo, NÃO!!

Tivemos uma experiência bastante insatisfatória desde a nossa chegada. Fomos surpreendidos pela informação de que não havia garagem disponível, pois todas as vagas já estavam reservadas por outros hóspedes, o que nos obrigou a deixar o carro estacionado na rua. Apesar de a reserva ser para um casal, o quarto possuía apenas uma toalha de banho, e o atendimento da solicitação levou mais de três horas para ser resolvido, demonstrando falta de atenção aos detalhes e pouca agilidade no suporte ao hóspede. O isolamento acústico do quarto é extremamente deficiente: foi possível ouvir barulhos da rua durante toda a noite. Além disso, ficamos hospedados em um quarto com uma porta de ligação com o quarto ao lado, o que agravou o problema, já que era possível escutar claramente as conversas e a televisão do vizinho. Também sentimos falta de proatividade e preocupação da equipe para ajudar em situações como a ausência de estacionamento e o excesso de ruídos. A impressão que tivemos foi de um atendimento indiferente, com uma postura do tipo: “se quiser é isso, caso contrário, hospede-se em outro hotel”. Por fim, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, com produtos de qualidade abaixo do esperado para o padrão do hotel.
