Clean hotel and great location. I have stayed here many times pre-pandemic and I rarely had an issue. But this time there were several big problems. The elevators kept malfunctioning. And the air conditioner in my room was not working. I complained as soon as I went into the room. They sent up maintenance when I went out and said it was working. It was a hot night that night, because it was NOT working. I complained the next day and the next, each time getting told that “maintenance” said it was fine every time. They finally moved me for my last night and the A/C was great in my new room! I suspect that they had no other room available the first two nights because the hotel was full. At checkout, they would not give me any discount until I pushed, and then it was very, very minimal. Very disappointing stay this time. Far below what it used to be.

Very good option
Clean and modern hotel, excellent breakfast, easy parking and good hotel staff. The hotel is very well located in downtown and close by a mall.

The best hotel in sjc?
The hotel has a nice lobby, and restaurant but lacks comfort in the room, the beds aren’t comfortable and the pillows is even worst, couldn’t get a proper sleep.
