O local é ótimo sem filas para o café da manhã, muito bem organizado. unico ponto de atenção os quartos que ficam proximos a recepção são afetados pelas conversas durante o check-in. O Celular da recepção fica com volume alto, recebendo mensagens durante toda a noite, incomodando os hospededes. Solicitamos a mudança de quarto, para um local mais afastado e fomos atendidos prontamente.

Não voltaria

Se você quer tranquilidade não vá a este hotel. A maioria dos quartos têm janela para o interior que é um pátio com piscina. É quase o tempo todo com gente passando conversando, crianças gritando. O chuveiro não é muito bom e o quarto é bem simples. Só não avalio pior porque o café da manhã é bom e a internet também.

O hotel é muito bom. Fica ha mais ou menos dois km do parque, mas de carro fica tudo muito facil. A via para ir ao parque é de facil acesso. Os funcionarios sao bem atenciosos e o hotel super limpo e cheiroso. Cafe da manha é otimo !

Adorei o hotel, quartos e equipe. Me senti um pouco triste em relação ao estacionamento pois não há proteção aos veículos e sobre o frigobar em que tive que tirar ele do lugar para poder colocar na tomada pois onde deveria ficar não tem tomada. Em relação ao quarto, localização e café da manhã é muito bom. Não longe do parque Thermas e próximo ao centro. Atendente muito bom e formas de pagamento também.

Local muito limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso cheio de opções!
